Join Barré and shape the industry of tomorrow.

Concrete technical projects, a united team, and a true culture of quality.

Barré, precision engineering for ultra-demanding environments

For over 30 years, Barré has been designing, manufacturing, installing, and maintaining custom mechanical installations for sectors where hygiene, precision, and safety are non-negotiable: pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, cosmetics, nuclear medicine, semiconductors... Our projects include several kilometers of clean piping networks, high-tech stainless steel machines and equipment, and air treatment systems with final filtration for cleanrooms. Here, every millimeter matters. Our expertise combines design, manufacturing, and on-site commissioning — we deliver robust and reliable turnkey solutions.

A culture of high standards... fluid, educational and human

Barré is a human-sized company where everyone knows each other. We work on a single floor, engineers, technicians, administrative staff, and even the welders from the workshop. The result? Direct communication, quick decisions, and a real team cohesion.

We value initiative, curiosity, and the desire to learn. Here, there are no silos: a young engineer can quickly get involved in project management, client relations, and fieldwork. We are a true school for those who want to learn quickly and effectively in a rich technical environment.

Why join us?

Because at Barré, every project is a full-scale classroom.

Here, you learn by doing, observing, and testing. You are involved in all the stages: design, manufacturing, installation, site monitoring. It's 100% hands-on. You don't just stay behind a screen you see the results of your work, you understand the reasons behind the methods.

We provide continuous training, both internally and externally: safety (VCA, BA4/BA5), quality, documentation, technical, project management... You develop your skills at your own pace, but always with a high level of expectation.

Barré, it's a real school for those who want to learn a hands-on trade, but also to become well-rounded engineers or technicians, capable of managing projects from A to Z.

And as we are a growing company, there is room for development, to take on responsibilities, to manage, and to pass on your knowledge in turn.

I am a trained mechanical engineer, and I have always loved complex challenges. What I have learned, I want to pass on. Barré is a company that is growing, gaining strength, but still retains a soul: that of technical excellence and team spirit.

I want curious, motivated people who love a job well done. What do I offer in return? Exciting projects, autonomy, trust. Together, we want to continue to grow, here in Belgium, and soon beyond.

What is expected of you: commitment, curiosity, and a desire to progress

You are not just a cog at Barré: you take charge of concrete projects, with a real impact. We are looking for committed, organized individuals who enjoy solving problems, learning new things, and stepping out of their comfort zone. Do you want to grow technically, manage one day, or simply become a reference in your field? We support you. What we particularly appreciate: profiles that take initiative, dare to ask questions, and want to advance the company as much as themselves.

Our offices and workshops: much more than a workplace

Welcome to our living base in North Wavre. Here, we design, we manufacture, we install... but we also live together. Our premises include production workshops, open offices, and a relaxation area of over 100 m².

Ping-pong table, foosball, screen for video games or live matches, well-stocked fridge for impromptu BBQs: everything is designed for unwinding after a long day. We meet there during the break, after work, or for a giant foosball tournament among colleagues.

We regularly organize team spirit moments:

  • Strategic paintball in the woods,
  • Day at Walibi with screams and hysterical laughter,
  • Inter-company soccer tournament against our sister company R-Concept,
  • Treetop adventure to test cohesion... and fear of heights,
  • Barbecue or raclette parties whenever the opportunity arises.

At Barré, performance goes hand in hand with enjoyment. Yes, we love technical challenges, but we also like to unwind together. It's what bonds the team and makes all the difference in our daily work.
